The healing power of Breathwork has been known for many decades. It is a way to connect to your inner self through a breathing sequence.. . My version of this wonderful process is based in part in the Shamanic way. My focus or non-focus is to be the physical aspect that spirit uses to do the deep healing work on our energetic and physical being. A hollow bone or earthly connection for the flow of energy.. . My first experience of Breathwork way back in 2007 was in a workshop environment. The journey I went on was quick amazing to me at time. I cleared an old pain, some hurt or other heavy feelings, from my neck that was making it difficult to look up.. . With the support of good men, I cleared this energy that was a block in my life. I saw my children and was racing along a path with them, to some unknown finish line that was very significant that I took them over it before it was closed. And then bliss, so much peace and love, purple fairies, other elementals and shapes.. . A truly moving and life changing experience.. . I have done many journeys since then, often using a breath session as a reset for the coming year, to clear the old and make way for new adventures and setting of intention.. It is endless I suppose the uses of Breathwork as a guided or free flowing process to come to new ways of living. Either from releasing negative energy that is ready to go or having a totally earth / spirit connection that simply fills one with bliss and love.. .
