Gitarcafe, on yıl önce gitarist Onok Bozkurt tarafından kuruldu. 2006 yılında itibaren şarkıcı Sumru Ağıryürüyen’in sorumluluğunda konser programları düzenlenmeye başlandı.. . Etkileşimler. . Gitarcafe’de San Francisco – İstanbul Müzik Buluşması. . San Francisco’dan Tangents Turkey Music Tour, üçüncü yılında da yolunu Gitarcafe’den geçirdi. ABD’li Türk müziği meraklılarına yönelik bu tur için Gitarcafe’de dört özel konser düzenlendi. Ünü sınırlarımızı aşan kanun virtüözü ve besteciGöksel Baktagir, halk müziği araştırmacısı ve bağlama ustası Erdem Şimşek, bağlamaya bambaşka bir soluk getiren Zeki Çağlar Namlı ve usta gitarist Emre Karabulut, perdesiz gitarın önemli adlarından Cenk Erdoğan, Karadeniz kemençesinin genç ustası Onur Şentürk ve ses yelpazesinin farklı renklerinden dünyaya seslenen Sumru Ağıryürüyen’in katıldığı konserler 11, 13, 23 ve 24 Ekim 2010′da gerçekleşti.. . 2008 sonunda, Sumru Ağıryürüyen, Onok Bozkurt, bir süre Gitarcafe ortaklarından olan Ayşenur Kolivar, yine birlikte çalıştıkları Ukraynalı müzisyen Yuriy Ryadchenko, ödüllü Sonbahar filminin müziğini yaptılar ve Fransa’daki Angers Première Plans Festivali’nden En İyi Müzik Ödülü’nü kazandılar (2009). Sanatçılar, bunu Gitarcafe’nin yaratıcı müzik ortamının da ödüllendirilmesi olarak kabul ettiler.. . Onok Bozkurt ve Sumru Ağıryürüyen, 2008-2009 yazlarında, mübadele sonrası terk edilmiş bir Rum köyü olan Fethiye Kayaköy’de, orada yaşayan dostlarıyla birlikte Kayaköy Kültür Sanat adı verdikleri bir oluşumu hayata geçirdiler. Bu etkinlikler kapsamında, Ayşe Tütüncü, Gundula Gruen, Tugay Başar, Cenk Güray, Hüsrev İsfendiyaroğlu, Ayça Damgacı gibi isimlerin atölye çalışmaları yer aldı. Bu sanatçıların konserlerinin yanı sıra, Telvin, Z. Çağlar Namlı gibi sanatçı ve gruplar da konser verdi (www.kayakoykultursanat.org).. . Gitarcafe Olarak ISCMS 2010′daydık. Dünya müziğinin ustaları, İstanbul 2010 AKB Ajansı’nın desteği ile Argos Kültür Sanat tarafından ve Gitarcafe’nin katkılarıyla düzenlenen 2010 yılının en sıra dışı, en keyifli sanat projelerinden İsmet Sıral Yaratıcı Müzik Atölyesi (ISCMS) kapsamında İstanbul’a geldi.. 29 Temmuz-8 Ağustos tarihleri arasında Santralistanbul, Sepetçiler Kasrı, Eminönü Üstgeçidi ve Heybeliada Meydanı’nda gerçekleştirilen bu 11 günlük muhteşem yaz okulu ve festivalimiz hakkında ayrıntılı bilgil için www.iscms.org adresini ziyaret ediniz.
