Detailed description is Guru Nanak Dev University College, a constituent college of Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar was started as Punjab University Evening College in 1962, it came under the jurisdiction of Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar in 1973 and was renamed after it. It was situated on the Basti Road (at the cross road of Basti Sheikh and Basti Gujan), the college was housed in the majestic building. Now the College has been shifted to Old PTU Center, Ladowali.
