Lumineuse et spacieuse, elle offre 176 m2 de plain-pied. Très grandes terrasses, jardin arboré de 1850 m2 totalement clos pour se retrouver en famille et/ou entre amis.. Accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Confort, équipements et prestations de qualité.. « La Villa Paillette » est située à Saint Jean des Champs, commune ayant toutes commodités (boulangerie, cabinet médical, stade, écoles, pharmacie, commerces, bars/tabac,…).
