Formed on August 27th 1908 (coincidentally the birth date of the late, great Sir Donald Bradman – honorary life member) by a group of local men at a Hampton St barber shop, the HCC has a proud history of involvement and success in the Victorian Turf Cricket Association (VTCA). Compared with other cricket clubs in the Hampton area, the HCC offers modern facilities (we have windows) and the opportunity to play cricket in its purest form – on turf! . . With a loyal and committed player and supporter group, the HCC heads into season 2013-14 on the back of 1st and 2nd XI premierships in 2012-13, the third time in 7 years the club has achieved this. We will strive to emulate that success this year and earn our way back up to VTCA Senior Division.. . Season 2013-14, HCC will field 5 senior sides in the VTCA, 1 senior side in the SECA, multiple junior sides at U/16, U/14 & U/12 levels in the SECA, Milo 'have a go' program and will be a host club for T20 Blast which is run by Cricket Australia for kids under 9.
