Then on my 41 birthday I made a decision that changed my life to join the Ladies only Gym, Contours. I lost 17 kg & 60 cm in the first 12 months through attending Contours 3 -5 times per week and changing my eating habits to a healthy lifestyle. I did not go on any fad diet; I followed the Australian dietary guidelines to healthy eating. I have maintained my weight loss for 7 years. I decided to incorporate my two passions, health, fitness & helping people together. I want to share what I have discovered and implemented in my own life with others to help them with their health and fitness journey.
