XXI of 1860 and Literary & Scientific Institutions Act 1854. ISCTAS is a professional organization in West Bengal, India, which accredits Institutions, Organizations and Individuals for conducting particular course(s), specializing in the domain of Complementary Medicine Systems and its associated Sciences for betterment of the Country and its People.. ISCMAS is envisioned to be a primer knowledge institution pursuing human resource development activities in the domain of Complementary Medicine Systems & associated Sciences and strictly maintain the quality standards of the curriculum. The council aims in establishing standard qualification and recognition of the Complementary Medicine Systems and Paramedical Sciences in India.
