C’est ainsi qu’il a conduit des chantiers, rénové des maisons bressannes. Puis son père l’a initié au métier d’agent immobilier, aux achats et à la vente.. En 1985 est arrivée la clientèle Suisse qui a incité à ouvrir une agence à Louhans. Jusqu’en 1995 ils ont développé cette clientèle tout d’abord Vaudoise et ensuite venant de Suisse allemande, sollicitée par la participation à des salons du tourisme. Au décès de son père, Frédéric a pris la décision de recentrer l’activité à Louhans et c’est alors que le travail de prospection a été étendu au nord de la Bresse. Valerie les a rejoints en 1999, et ensuite Sunny, leur fils, depuis 2011, la troisième génération de l'agence.. Ainsi pendant toutes ces années, ce ne sont pas moins de 2 900 maisons qui ont été vendues, ce qui a imposé d’en visiter plus de 10000. »
