We created Just a Touch of Everything to primarily serve Regional and Remote Australia as we are based in a Regional township. We also serve Metropolitan Australia as well.. . Early in 2013 I was found to be Totally and Permanently Disabled after a workplace accident. After 20 surgeries, my surgeons and specialists told me I was going to be found Totally and Permanently Disabled. They told me to go on Disability benefits. I refused. So, mainly from my bed, as I was recovering from surgeries, with my trusty iPad, I went about creating Just a Touch of Everything or JATOE as we call it. I was brought up to be a productive member of society and I still wanted to continue with my charity work.. . We have products and labels you all know and love; then we have products you may have never seen before or we can introduce you to new labels and products that you will fall in love with.. . Just a Touch of Everything is not a large retailer or big conglomerate. It is owned by a sole trader who wanted to create an online store that was different, served people in the metropolitan areas of Australia, as well as regional and remote areas with Internet access.. . Our objective is to create an online store that has excellent customer service and encourages you to come back and shop with us, again.. . Our logo is a tree. It was chosen as trees are magnificent plants that inspire and awe people. A tree is constantly growing, developing, changing, blossoming and expanding.. . We hope you stay with us as we grow, develop, change, blossom and expand.. . Just a Touch of Everything, literally has, "just a touch of everything". We scour the Internet looking for new and exciting products. We have clothing and apparel that is different. (There is nothing worse than turning up to an event or party and seeing two other people wearing an outfit that is identical to your outfit!) We have gift ware, stationery, accessories to suit the tastes of most people and then we have items that appeal to certain demographics.. . All of our products are licensed and genuine. We have worked very hard to obtain the rights and licenses for these products. Simply put, you will not buy a "knock off" from Just a Touch of Everything.. . We also work with other small Australian businesses. There are so many talented and resourceful people running small businesses and as we are a small business, we wanted to work collectively with them.. . Most of our products are sourced from Australian distributors or manufacturers; however we do import labels and products from the USA and the UK. We do this because we know people are going to love range, variety and uniqueness. . . Our office is staffed from 9 am to 5 pm, Brisbane, Queensland Standard Time, from Monday to Friday.. . Our store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.. .
