A little about us.. A dance class where real people get to work out, let loose, laugh, and be free (& a little naughty).. Most of the women there started by saying 'I have 2 left feet'... They're all smashing it now in their own style. So there is no need to feel intimidated. It's dark, with only nightclub lights to party with... No mirrors & No show offs :). It's a lot of fun, individual easy to follow dance routines. We muck around a lot and inject a bit of comedy with a Dance-off and a Magic mike routine. The routines are easy enough to get, but hard enough not to get boring. So by about week 3-4 it will all start to sink in.. . Classes run Monday Glenmore Park High school and Wednesday Melrose Hall Emu Plains, 7:30pm. It's pay as u go $10 a class, though now that I have introduced a second night, I have introduced a '10 class pass' for those that will be attending both nights, $80.. . All u need to bring is a mat or towel for the abs track and maybe a little set of hand weights (not necessary). . If your still a little worried, feel free to wonder in and have a little look first..
