Our well supervised classes help the children with coordination skills and are given the opportunity to express their artistic ability in a fun and exciting environment. Students often perform in public which increases their self confidence. Our end of year concert also provides the students a chance to showcase what they have been working on over the last year.. . History:. Karen Healy Dancers began in 1979 at the School of Arts in Home Hill as Karens former teacher left and there was no one to replace her. She was approached by many parents of former students to continue teaching here which is how it all began. . . Originally known as Karens School Of Dance, Karen began ballet and modern classes and has now continued adding Hip-Hop (Taught by Jake Healy and Keely Warcon) Contemporary & Stretch,Flex&Fitness (Taught by Jake Healy and Jessica Torrisi) to the already HUGE timetable.
