We meet Saturdays 7 am to 10 am October to April at Ku-Ring-Gai Fitness and Aquatic Centre, West Pymble. Winter meets are Fridays 7 pm to 8:30 pm May to September in the heated indoor 25 m pool.. . Swimmers of all ages and abilities are welcome.. We run points score and championship competitions and award prizes.. Our Members attend swimming carnivals hosted by other Clubs in the Area. .
