Florence et Christophe vous accueillent, dans un cadre chaleureux, à Saint Gildas des bois (44). . La ferme est sur 50 hectares, en agriculture biologique. . Nous cultivons nos céréales, nos fruits, petits fruits et certains légumes. . Nous élevons tous les animaux de la ferme pour l'accueil pédagogique, mais aussi pour alimenter l'auberge en viande bovine, d'agneau, de porc et du poulet.. Vente de nos viandes Bio en vente directe à la ferme.. Nous produisons également du jus de pomme.. . A l'auberge, nous vous accueillons avec un menu unique. . . Nous avons 2 formules :. = > Le vendredi soir (réservation au plus tard la veille) et tous les dimanches midi en juillet et août.. . L'auberge et ouverte à TOUS sur réservation avec :. Menu du jour à 18 € (entrée, plat et dessert). (Boissons non comprises). . Certains vendredis sont musicaux avec des groupes locaux. .
