La Notte alla seconda edizione a Treviso.
Nell'organizzarla ci si è ispirati all'Euro sleep-out, manifestazione nata negli anni '90, un meeting per addetti ai lavori nel campo dei senza dimora, che culminava con una notte all'addiaccio.
Da qui, l'esperienza è stata allargata a Roma nel 2001 e, da allora la Notte è cresciuta di anno in anno e raggiungendo, nell'edizione 2007, 15 piazze italiane, da Trento a Foggia..

La Notte non è una manifestazione generica sul tema della povertà, né una occasione di assistenza per i senza dimora.
