Considering ever increasing need of educational facilities in the newly emerging during the second half of the last century, the Trust took upon itself the mission of establishing an efficiently running 29 institutions providing from K.G. to P.G. Level in Arts, Commerce and Education faculties. The trust was first to start the first Arts and Commerce College in Rajkot in the name of the philanthropist couple of Rajkot Sheth Shri.Jayantibhai Kundalia and Smt Jashwantiben Kundalia. In the year 1967, This was the beginning of a long journey studded with opening of many primary, secondary and higher schools along with an English Medium Commerce College, another Arts and Commerce College, Minaben Kundalia Mahila Arts and Commerce college, a college of education and business management.. .
