El local era una pequeña cabañita de tan sólo 9m2, ubicado en el Centrito Valle, en San Pedro Garza García, N.L.. . En 1996, el negocio cambió su nombre a Las Alitas, bautizado así por sus propios invitados. . . Para 1999, Las Alitas emprende un nuevo reto, el entrar al mundo de las franquicias. Es así que se decide en este año otorgar la primera franquicia, la cual se ubicó en Cd. Juárez, Chihuahua. . . En el 2000, llega un nuevo colaborador a Las Alitas… ¡Wingalesio! Nuestro incansable personaje, quien con su carácter alegre y carismático, llegó a conquistar el corazón de todos nuestros invitados. ¡No te sorprendas si de pronto llega a tu mesa mientras comes en Las Alitas! . .
