Detailed description is We are fundraising to get to Sydney to compete in The National First Lego League Competition we won the Robot Mechanical Design Award at Swinbourne Uni. We are a homeschool Lego Robotics team Galaxy Cats. We have just won the Robot Mechanical Design Award at the first Lego League Competition at Swinbourne University Melbourne. . Our biggest challenge begins now as we have 9 days to raise funds to get to Sydney for the National Championships. . We need your help.. - A bit more about us we recieve no funding for our team, our Lego Technic is our own we are not eligible for grants or support. Home schoolers fund their own education. We set out to have fun at the Melbourne competiton it was never about winning it was about participating and having fun with other kids our age. Our biggest achievement in Melbourne is not winning the finalist position but making new friends and sharing our skills with rookie teams.. . The funding will provide us withaccomodation and travel as we have to be at Macquarie University for 2 competition days and transport our gear along with our coaches which will be driven up from Melbourne. Please help us continue to our journey. . . We would like to thank you for the support you are giving us.
