Detailed description is Previously known as Aloha Body and Beauty Mooloolaba, Massage Beauty Body is now a home based business in Sippy Downs. A little bit about myself. . . Having always been involved in sport growing up, I entered the health and fitness industry back in 1995. First as a Gym and Aerobics Instructor, then as a Sports Strapper / Trainer and finally as a Remedial Therapist. In the years that followed I managed a Fitness Centre, worked alongside other health professionals whilst working as a Football Strapper /Therapist, worked as a Sports Coordinator at a Youth Centre, ran my own private practice as a Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist and also worked in clinic alongside Osteopaths and Chiropractors. . The year 2000 saw me move to NSW where I continued to operate a successful Massage Practice and was also lucky enough to travel with the Royal Australian Navy as a Massage Therapist and Strapper. During this time I also worked with local football teams and competed myself in Natural Body Building Competitions through to National level.. 7 years later I left NSW and made the move north to the beautiful Sunshine Coast where I purchased what was then known as Aloha Bodywork and Spa. This was my first foray into the Beauty and Spa Industry and over the next 8 years I not only learnt a lot, but met some wonderful and interesting people.. However after 8 years in Moolooaba running Aloha Body and Beauty I decided it was time to regain balance in my life and move on to the next stage of my life and career. Working from home not only gives me more time to focus on my own health but also the flexibility to spend more time with my clients when needed and not be restricted by the constraints of a formal spa. From my beautiful space in Sippy Downs, I continue to offer a full range of beauty and spa treatments as well as a broad range of massage styles with something to suit everyone. I am currently part way through an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy and in the not too distant future, along with the skills I obtained in my Diploma of Fitness I hope to be offering one on one personal training, focusing on core strength and functional movement as well as Myotherapy Treatment, using dry needling and functional assessment skills..
