Your rental will include 3 private bedrooms, 2 with king sized beds and a bunk room with 2 queen sized beds. The bedrooms have flat screen HD Dish TV. The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook with including spices. It also has an island that seats 3 with an open floor plan and a lake view accompanied by a dinning area that seats 6 with a lake view as well. Large living area with a 50-inch flat screen with HD Dish Network, Blu-Ray Player and full service cocktail bar with a gas log fireplace. There, you will also enjoy an-out-of this world sound system. The back patio is a 1000 sqft screened-in area and has a natural gas grill and smoker, outdoor kitchen, full size fridge, tables and chairs that seat 15+, a hot tub, and TV with an outdoor audio sound system that is perfect for entertaining or just hanging out with family. To accompany the lake, we also have a 15x20 patio on the lake and swim dock. Dock and patio are perfect for swimming, fishing, eating dinner, or having cocktail at night or coffee in the morning while enjoying your view of the lake. In addition, we also have 2 boat dock slips, 1 with an 30 ft Aloha Party Barge that seats 10+ with a sundeck and a 150HP Mercury motor for an additional $350 per day. We also offer a boat guide for an additional fee to drive the boat.The second slip is yours to use for your personal boat for no additional charge.
