This new direction allowed me to craft digital solutions which bring brands to life and encourage positive participation. I am passionate about my work and with a mobile first approach I’m constantly researching and learning new technologies including responsive/adaptive design and development.. . In my current position I lead and manage the creative team which consists of a senior and junior designer plus freelance designers, developers and illustrators. I work closely with account managers and other internal stakeholders to develop cost estimates for creative projects and ensure all creative outputs are adequately resourced, completed on time and on budget to the highest quality. I am responsible for implementing efficient processes for both creative team engagement by internal stakeholders and project executions. I am also mentoring our junior designer with a focus on career development.
