Somos un restaurante peruano de cocina chino peruana conocida como Chifa, ubicado en Lima, Perú. Un chifa peruano para el mundo.. . Los restaurantes de comida china comenzaron a establecerse en los años 40 del siglo XX como grandes y fastuosos restaurantes ubicados en el centro de Lima. En ellos, se realizaban eventos y banquetes, dando lugar a reuniones de negocios y celebraciones de todo tipo.. Con el tiempo, estos restaurantes se llamarían Chifas, los cuales tomarían un aire de misterio por la imagen y pasado lejano de los dueños inmigrantes chinos. Cuando el dueño era una mujer, los chifas cobraban otro misterio. A estas señoras, propietarias de los chifas, se les llamó “Madam”.. Pronto los chifas comenzaron a alcanzar otros distritos de Lima y sus deliciosos sabores comenzaron a darse un lugar importante en nuestra cocina.. Los tusan, son hijos de chinos nacidos en el Perú que compartieron con nosotros su cultura y su excelente comida. . . Madam Tusan les rinde homenaje.
