Le festival Mens Alors ! est géré par l'association du même nom.. A ce jour, tous ses organisateurs sont entièrement bénévoles.. . Sur place, une équipe s'occupe toute l'année de l'organisation administrative du festival. Parmi eux, le directeur du festival (également vice-président de l'association) : Denis Polère.. . La programmation ainsi que la relation aux artistes et aux techniciens, sont assurées par deux co directeurs artistiques : le contrebassiste Thibault Cellier, et le chanteur Marc Chonier (Gaspard LaNuit).. . Comme toute belle histoire, Mens Alors ! est une histoire d'amitié et de fidélité. Dès sa création, le festival a tissé des liens forts entre le Trièves et la Normandie, puisque de nombreux rouennais viennent chaque été renforcer l'équipe de bénévoles locaux.
