Miss Me-time is made possible through funding received by Sports Focus from VicHealth to deliver the Regional Sport Program. Sports Focus have teamed up with a number of different community sport and active recreation organisations in Bendigo where we organise fun, different and exciting activities that will get women moving. Whether you are wanting to reconnect back into physical activity or give it a go for the first time, we will be providing an environment that is safe, welcoming, non-competitive, and relaxed. This will allow you to do as little or as much as you choose, and for as little or as long as you'd like.. . Be empowered to give it a go, with all activities child friendly for those wanting to bring along their little ones. . . Come along in your comfortable active wear, ready to feel good, learn a new skill and to have fun. There is no commitment, just come along to the sessions that suit you and your lifestyle.
