The Polyfoam Recycling Scheme is funded by Environment and Conservation Fund (ECF), initiated and operated by Hong Kong Association of Youth Developent (Tsuen Wan District Branch). The aim of the scheme is to accomplish the goal of local polyfoam recycling, and carry out related education activities for the public. It is hoped that by expanding the channel of polyfoam recycling locally, the scheme could attain waste minimisation, thus lengthening the lifespan of our local landfills.
