HISTÓRICO DA MONFARDINI MADEIRAS. . MONFARDINI Madeiras, empresa fundada em 19 de agosto de 1994 pelos Irmãos Monfardini e seu tio Sérgio Simões Pereira, no ramo de madeiras de obras, baseados na experiência madeireira do seu pai Paulo Monfardini, e do seu tio Juvenal Monfardini, que começaram com serraria, no Espírito Santo, em 1971. Ficou por dois anos em uma avenida de pouco movimento aqui mesmo em Duque de Caxias/RJ, depois passou para o atual endereço, obtendo êxito também no ramo da marcenaria.. . Hoje trabalha com madeiras, compensados, MDF, tintas, vernizes, adesivos, laminados importados e nacionais, ferragens, ferramentas e acessórios, entregando em toda a região da grande Rio de Janeiro.. Atualmente é gerida pelos irmãos Ademar, Jair, Josio e Darli, quatro dos seis que começaram, pois o mais velho, José Francisco, em 2005, abriu negócio próprio, deixando a Monfardini. O Tio Sérgio também havia saído em 1996, e abriu outra madeireira, SIMO Madeiras, em sociedade com os irmãos Monfardini, no ano de 2007, em bairro distinto desde mesmo município, permanecendo até hoje.. . A partir de 2005 com a implantação de sistema de dados, vimos à empresa crescer, em média 20% ao ano, contando hoje com galpões próprios, capazes de abrigar a empresa na totalidade..
