Detailed description is Mt Clarence parkrun is a FREE and weekly, timed 5k event for runners and walkers of all standards every Saturday at 08:00 in Albany, Western Australia. Mt Clarence parkrun is a FREE weekly timed 5km event for runners of all standards, which takes place every Saturday at 8am, beginning at Middleton Beach, Albany, Western Australia.. . parkrun is not a race against other runners, but a 5k timed run and it can really be whatever you want it to be, whether that's for fun or as part of a training plan.. . It offers an opportunity for all the local community, male or female, young or old, to come together on a regular basis to enjoy the beautiful surrounds and get physically active at the same time. We want to encourage people to jog or run together irrespective of their ability – this event is truly open to all and best of all it really is FREE!. . Mt Clarence parkrun is proudly supported by Suncorp Bank and Stocklands. However we cannot do this on our own, we will need volunteers, supporters and of course runners – so please spread the word to help us make Mt Clarence parkrun a huge success. . .
