This is to understand the effect of a Couple-Based Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (C-MBSR) program on physiological and psychological well-being among young breast cancer survivors and their partners.. . The current study involves young breast cancer survivors and their partners in a study implementing Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). The MBSR 8-week program is be taught by experienced instructors at the University of Missouri during the Summer of 2017.
