Detailed description is NVCCDF is a District Level apex body that representing grass-roots level community organizations (Cos) in Neelum Valley NVCCDF is a District Level apex body that representing grassroots level community organizations (Cos), village level Cluster Community Organizations (CCOs)/Village Development Organizations (VDO) and Local Support Organizations (LSOs) in UC level in District Neelum AJK. NVCCDF established in 2003 at District Neelum AJK and registered with AJK government under Act of Joint Stock Companies & Firms Act (Societies Registration Act XXI, 1860) with Regd No. 633-2009. NVCCDF assisting grass root level organizations in linkages development with government & I/NGOs and other support organizations. NVCCDF is working as an implementing partner with different National & International Non-Governmental Organizations in District Neelum at Environment, Education, livelihood, health, WatSan, Child Protection/Social Protection, gender development/women empowerment & human resource development etc.. . The objectives of NVCCDF are to promote and put in the Educational & infrastructure services through community participation and to empower the local communities in plan, design, and take the ownership of their success and development ideally. Once empower these communities are able to further impel their economic growth towards the sustainable development. The scope of the community development component includes;. . • Educational Improvement Programmes . • Health, Environmental Protection & sanitation Awareness . . Support to women Children initiatives in the Areas of the community education (functional, economic and Literacy) and special learning activities designed to increase their participation, skills and the management trainings and the linkages to economic and micro-credit opportunities. NVCCDF intends to link the local communities to existing Govt, private, banking and non-governmental organizations for establishing partnership on income generation activities and access to small scale credit. The main thrust of development activities to encourage the users, particularly women to participate in decision –making and to ensure the security for sustainable development.. . NVCCDF has planned to involve the Local Support Organizations (LSOs), the Union Council Forums and Cluster Community Organizations (CCOs) the village level forums and the community Organizations (COs) as Mohalla/Hamlet level Forums for the planning, development and implementation of development activities for strengthening them in the diverse sectors of development.. . NVCCDF is a no profit & no loss based organization working for betterment of humanity and improvement of life standers, struggles to provide equal chance of development to everyone.
