Detailed description is The Youth Team is here to help boys and girls, and young men and women aged from 10 to 25, and their families, in the NPY region.. The NPYWC Youth Program works across the organisation’s tri-state region, albeit at different levels in WA, SA and the NT. Services comprise diversionary activities, school holiday programs, individual case management and substance abuse and mental health awareness programs. It’s approach is more than just a ‘sport and rec’ model. NPYWC’s youth services began with the Petrol Sniffing Project (PSP) at the Kaltjiti (Fregon) SA Community in 1999, funded by the Australian Government.. NPYWC’s members have always had an enduring and passionate interest in seeking better lives for their young people.. Since the beginnings, there has always been a strong focus on the isues of substance misuse, and education.. . “Women’s Council is always thinking about young people and their futures.
