This is the first technical institution started by the Nair Service Society, an organization registered under the Non-trading Companies Act, dedicated to serve the people with missionary spirit, for over eighty years.. The N.S.S Polytechnic is situated at Mannam Nagar, Pandalam Thekkekara Panchayat, and 7.5 KM south east of Pandalam in Pathanamthitta District.
