The centre was built as part the Moreland City Council Oxygen Project. This project is looking at ways to improve and create spaces and services for young people in Moreland.. . HOURS:. . ###SCHOOL HOLIDAY HOURS. Oxygen will be open 3 pm - 5.30 pm, Monday - Friday during the school holidays.. . ###REGULAR HOURS. You are welcome to drop in to Oxygen Monday - Friday from 3 pm - 5.30 pm.. The centre is also open some Saturdays for training workshops.. .
