The institution was officially inaugurated on 25th February,1995 by Dr. V. Subramanian, former Finance Minister of Maharashtra. Since then, there has been no looking back. PADAM has traversed a pleasant and an enjoyable journey of promoting talents in the metropolitan city of Mumbai. . . Over the years, PADAM has strived to uphold tradition, yet be innovative in its approach. To cite a testimony, PADAM's Top 10 contest - a competition to identify top 10 Carnatic classical talents, was held way back in the year 1996. . .
