The cabin/dojo is a 2 minute walk to the Pagosa Springs Resort and also has a free spring right on the river just a few hundred feet away. Bars, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance, including the Back Room Wine Bar and Riff Raff Brew Pub. Park when you arrive and don't get back in the car until its time to leave.. . Hiking, biking, and disc golf are accessible on Reservoir HIll, right behind the cabin/dojo. Wolf Creek Ski Area is a 20 minute drive. Springs Resort is a two minute walk. The park is across the river from the dojo and is accessible by a walking bridge. . . This is the CLOSEST residential location to Reservoir Hill and the Hot Springs in Pagosa!!!. .
