Detailed description is PERTH! Our much loved cat named Marley has gone missing! Help bring him home. $1000 reward for his safe return. Help us bring Marley home!. . Marley isn't your typical cat, he's got more personality than most pets I've known and has so much love and affectionate for the people close to him. He isn't the type of cat to stray, despite many people saying it's common for cats to have various owners and 'leave'. He does take a liking though to the neighbours and has been seen on multiple occasions making friends with their own pets. Despite the fact he is friendly to everyone around him and loves to pay our neighbours a visit, he's never strayed before and has always stayed close. Always comes home for dinner and always comes when he's called in at the end of the day. . . Marley LOVES being in the car. Which has led me to believe there's a huge possibility he could be in any area by simply jumping into a car to explore nearby our home and ending up in a completely different suburb.. . Name: Marley. . Sex: Male (desexed) / short hair domestic cat . . Microchipped: Yes. Please make sure, if you do find a cat that fits Marley's description, the vet scans the FULL body in case the chip has moved. I've been told this is common and the chip isn't always picked up, despite having been chipped. . . Age: 4.5 years but small for his age. . . Colour: Grey and white. Predominately grey with white paws and white chest. He also has a distinctive grey mark on his back leg. . . Last Seen: Carine at residential home (just off Duffy Road, near Carine Glades Lake). But if he has gotten into a car, been taken or wondered and gotten disoriented he really could be anywhere. . . Medical Conditions: Marley has Urinary Tract Stones (Struvite) which caused him to almost die as a kitten. He requires specially medicated biscuits to help break down regular cat food and needs to drink a lot of water to stay healthy. Whilst he hasn't suffered from this condition for a few years, stress and poor diet can set this off quickly.. . Marley was last seen 1st March (Wednesday night) which was a very stormy night. I'm worried he may have wandered and been scared off by the storm causing him to become lost and confused. He was wearing a light blue collar with small diamond studs, but unsure whether this is has come off in the meantime or not. . . All relevant Facebook pages have had a flyer and information posted. Local councils and rangers have been notified within a 10km radius. Local vets, his regular vet and vets further north have also been notified. So has Cat Haven and RSPCA. We have searched high and low in our area and Padbury and will continue to do so. . . Marley is a big part of our family and so missed - we are doing everything in our power to bring him home safely. He is well-loved, very close to my other younger cat (2 years old) and follows my partner and I around everywhere. And I mean everywhere! He's a very clingy cat too. . . If you have any information that leads us to him or brings him back home, a reward of $1,000 will be offered. . . Any help is appreciated. The support on Facebook lost and found pet pages and through various networks has been huge and Perth is a small place - someone out there must have seen him or have some information! I won't give up hope.
