Pimpri-Chinchwad Branch of WIRC of ICAI was inaugurated on 16th JUNE 2008 by the then Vice President (2008-09) CA.UttamPrakash Agarwal.. . It is serving more than 1100 CA Members and thousands of CA Students in Branch area.. Our Branch is one of the most active and dynamic Branches in India. The Branch has awarded as the Best Branch for several years and received awards in various categories.. . The objective of the Branch is to provide excellent services to the members and students in Pimpri Chinchwad area. . . In this direction branch has taken various initiatives such as launching of own Website, Monthly E- Newsletter, SMS and E- Mail messaging, Reading Room Facility at Pimpri.. . To keep Members and Students academically updated the branch organizes various seminars, lectures, meetings and workshops. Some Programmes are also organized for benefit of the general public as a whole which includes Public Meeting on Union Budget, Investors Awareness program under the banner of Department of Company Affairs and ROC and also on Co-operative Societies.. . Apart from these facilities and initiatives Branch is also regularly conducting Seminars and Workshops for Students, Free Lecture Meetings, CA Career Programs, Quiz and Elocution competitions, Sports events, Socio - cultural events and other activities for the overall personality development of CA Students.. Great exposures are made available to the students for developing their leadership qualities, event management Skills and creating awareness about social responsibilities through various programmes under the WICASA of Pimpri Chinch wad Branch..
