Detailed description is Department of Commerce (DRS III ) provides education to the students to enable them to be well-equipped with knowledge and skill needed in dynamic market.
The Department of Commerce established in the year 1964, has now been upgraded to Department of Research Studies (DRS), Third phase of Special Assistance Programme (SAP DRS – III), funded with financial support.
The SAP (Special Assistance Programme) has helped the department to grow to new heights.
The department has new Computer Lab with Networking & Internet facilities, Library equipped with International & National Journals & Books & Faculty has now been provided with latest research based softwares with Desktop-TFT Computers & Laptops.
The Department is running various programmes namely – M Com, Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management (PGDMSM), M Phil and Ph D.
The students have been employed in various national and multi-national companies like the Bhilwara, Oswal, Thompson India Ltd.
and City Bank etc.
as well as in International Business Schools too like, the University of Louisville, USA, University of South Pacific, Fiji, University of Almaya and University of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and number of semi-government and government organizations.
