Originalmente cha¬mava-se Praxis Education e seu foco estava em treinamentos para o Franchising. Conceitualmente, segundo os gregos “Praxis é o processo pelo qual uma teoria, lição ou habilidade é executada ou praticada, se convertendo em parte da experiência vivida”, por isso da escolha do nome, já que essa é a principal crença da empresa. Em 2010 a Praxis Education ampliou seu escopo e passou a desenvolver projetos de Consultoria, em função das necessidades e demandas do mercado, tendo redefinido o seu posicionamento com foco em Consultoria e Educação Corporativa para o Franchising & Varejo.. Assim, novos sócios passaram a fazer parte da empresa: Mauricio Galhardo (Administrativo-Financeiro), Leonardo Marchi (Educação Corporativa) e Luis Gustavo Imperatore (Consultoria).
