It consists of the Main Campus, based at Muzaffarabad and four faculties at other two campuses. The Main Campus is a spectral combination of Science & Engineering, Health & Medical Sciences and Humanities. The science and engineering group includes Departments of Botany, Bio Technology, Chemistry, Computer Sciences and Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Software Engineering, Zoology and the Institute of Geology while Kashmir Institute of Economics and Departments of English, Law, Education, Sociology & Rural Development and Art & Design make up the Humanities group. Also located at Muzaffarabad is an information Resource Centre and Lincoln Corner.. . The constituent faculty is located at District Headquarter Kotli. The Faculty of Administrative Sciences Kotli offers specialization in the discipline of Administrative Sciences. . . Neelum Campus of UAJK has been launched and God willing, classes of English and Computer Sciences & Information Technology commenced from September 2013 therein.. . After earthquake 10/08, faculties of Sciences and Arts were temporarily relocated at Islamabad. This relocation saved precious academic year of the students. Now these faculties are back to parent locations i.e Muzaffarabad. Meanwhile Turkish Municipality of Kocaeli constructed pre-fabricated Classrooms, prefabricated structure at Muzaffarabad has been built with the HEC’s grant including one boys’, one girls’ and one faculty hostel at Muzaffarabad and Classrooms and Laboratories. . . The reconstruction of the University is a top priority. The construction of the King Abdullah Campuses at Muzaffarabad is under way. The PC-I for building Muzaffarabad Campus worth Rs. 5.561 billion out of Saudi Development Fund (SDF) has been materialized and work on the project has already been started.
