Snažíme sa praktickými a fungujúcimi príkladmi ovplyvňovať verejnosť, zamestnávateľov, predstaviteľov samosprávy a ostatných poskytovateľov sociálnych služieb aby svoje úsilie poskytovať kvalitné sociálne služby a služby zamestnanosti vytvárali v čo najbežnejších, integrovaných podmienkach trhu práce..

Projekt je výnimočný tým, že zamestnáva ľudí s mentálnym postihnutím ako čašníkov.
Zamerali sme sa na kvalitu a po tréningu pod vedením hotelovej akadémie sme pripravili mladých ľudí na profesiu, v ktorej sa môžu plne realizovať.
V projekte spolupracujeme s magistrátom mesta Bratislava, Múzeom mesta Bratislavy, Nadáciou otvorenej spoločnosti, Sorošovým centrom MDAC v Budapešti, Nadáciou pre deti Slovenska a Úradmi práce, sociálnych vecí a rodiny..
