Saved the expenditure of council over street light from 1.5 crore to up to only 50 lacks with strategy of privatization of street light in the territory of Municipal Council.. 6. Build nearly 1000 Houses for people staying in slums under the Govt. Scheme of Valmiki Aambedkar Project & Plan to built 500 more houses under the same scheme in future.. 7. For continuous water supply to Badalapur City with repetitive follow up with the Govt. achieved success & Got sanctioned the water supply project.. 8. Construction of E.P. Toilets Block under Nirmal Bharat Abhiyan. Walmiki Ambedkar Scheme during 2005-2007 & New Child frienly toilets are under construction.. 9. Founded Nearly 50 Small “Mahila Bachat gat” In the Badlapur city & guided them for self employment so as to rise above poverty line.. 10. “Rain Water Harvesting” & “Ecosan” these two new, unique projects are implemented by Badlapur council & laid the Ideal for others to follow.. 11. Kulgaon Badlapur Municipal Council is the first municipal council in India & 8th Council in Asia region which is implementing 24 x 7 water supply.. 12. Visited Chennai with the help of World Bank for educational tour regarding Water Sanitation Programme.. 13. Visited Germany On 9th June to 21st June 2007 for educational tour regarding Ecological Sanitation, 24 x 7 Water supply & Rain water Harvesting.. 14. Hounourd by National Urban Water 2008 AWARD at the Administrative Staff College of India, Bella Vista, Hyderabad being held on 15 may 2008. The Water award was presented to Badlapur Municipal Council by M. Ramachandran, Secretary, Ministry of Urban Development, in Hyderabad. . 15. Hounourd by National Urban Water 2009 AWARD at Vigyan Bhavan, Delhi being held on 13 Aug 2009. The Water award was presented to Badlapur Municipal Council by President of India Smt.
