Motivadas a desenvolverem um trabalho voluntário voltado ao atendimento das camadas mais necessitadas da sociedade, dez tradicionais imobiliárias de Curitiba, 2000, Baggio, C3, Cilar, Galvão Vendas, Galvão Locações, Habitec, J8, Kondor e Razão criaram e desenvolvem o projeto Rede Solidária Curitiba.
O projeto é mais amplo do que a simples doação em dinheiro, que a princípio pode parecer mais fácil e prática.
Ao constatarem a dificuldade encontrada pelos seus clientes em se desfazerem de objetos que não seriam utilizados no imóvel comprado, vendido ou alugado, surgiu a idéia de montarem um bazar beneficente para arrecadar doações dos mais variados produtos, como móveis, roupas, eletrodomésticos, brinquedos, entre outros.
O fruto das doações são vendidos a preços acessíveis, atraindo em sua maioria pessoas de menor poder aquisitivo, tornando mais abrangente o seu cunho social.
O resultado auferido pelas vendas do bazar é revertido em prol de quatro entidades assistenciais eleitas pelas imobiliárias: Associação Franciscana de Educação ao Cidadão Especial (Afece), Fundação Ecumênica de Proteção ao Excepcional (Fepe), Hospital Pequeno Príncipe e Sociedade de Socorro aos Necessitados.
Desde 2006, a Rede Solidária Curitiba, através da seriedade do seu trabalho vem conquistando a credibilidade da população, aumentando mensalmente a arrecadação e a venda de produtos e as consequentes doações às entidades.
