Detailed description is BRIEF HISTORY. RFC PHOTOCOPY CENTER AND GENERAL MERCHANDISE and RFC INTERNET CAFÉ started with a humble beginning in June 2012 when the proprietors invested in photocopy business with one unit of photocopier as their initial input. Said establishment is situated in a strategic location along San Fernando Road, Calaocan, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya. . In less than a year, the business grew when the community, the nearby schools in particular, began to patronize its services. Due to its strategic location being near the public market and jeepney terminal of Kasibu, most of the clients of the business are students, teachers and other government employees from Bambang as well as from the different municipalities of Kasibu. Additional photocopiers were purchased as it offered other services like lamination, bookbinding, retailing of school and office supplies, etc. It was officially registered as RFC PHOTOCOPY CENTER & GENERAL MERCHANDISE in September 2013.. Inspired with the concept of a “one-stop shop”, the proprietors decided to establish an internet café in the same location. It catered the needs of its customers like encoding, printing, research works, etc. making it an almost “one-stop shop.” The newly-established business, which started with 5 units of desktop computers only, is now equipped with 20 units of PCs including several printers. It was officially registered as RFC INTERNET CAFÉ in January 2014.. After a thorough discussion, the proprietors decided to venture in digital printing business last December 2015. Said business caters the printing needs of the clients like digital t-shirt printing, mug printing, and other customized souvenir items..
