They were chosen to emphasize the foundation of religious instruction that would be the hallmark of the College, with the truths of Christ being handed on through the teaching of Scripture, Philosophy, Theology, Church History and Apologetics.. . The centre of the emblem features the reverse-side of the Miraculous Medal with its twelve stars symbolizing the Apostles and their teaching. At the centre is Christ the Redeemer and our Mother Mary the Co-Redemptrix symbolized by an ‘M’ interwoven with the Cross.. .
