Die Tagesgerichte, zubereitet nach libanesischer Hausmacherart unter Verwendung von Gemüse der Saison und der Region stellen eine geschmackliche Verbindung von Orient und Okzident dar.. Das Angebot richtet sich auch an Vegetarier, zum Beispiel mit Falafeln, die aus Kichererbsen, verschiedenen Kräutern wie Petersilie und Gewürzen zu einem Falafelteig hergestellt werden. Anschließend werden die Falafelbällchen in Öl frittiert und sind servierfertig – als Falafel-Wrap ein Genuss für die Sinne.... Das Angebot für Fleischliebhaber ist u.a. unser Schawarma, bekannt und beliebt in allen arabischen Ländern.. Für das Schawarma wird Hähnchenfleisch mit verschiedenen frischen Kräutern und Gewürzen mariniert.
