Detailed description is Pilates classes using resistance circles, bands, balls, foam rollers, weights and stability discs to enhance your workout I have been training on the Mornington Peninsula for over 10 years with a wide range of clientele, from people who just want to keep active to sports specific athletes, secondary school groups, older populations and people of all ages with chronic illnesses (specialising MS, Stroke rehab, Pulmonary and cardiac conditions and those with physical and/or intellectual disabilities). SUGGESTED PACKAGES. Wellness Training - one hour session that starts with a 10 minute walk/jog, you chat , I listen. Followed by 40 minute low impact training incorporating pilates and yoga exercises, using your own body weight and a range of equipment.. We wind down the session with 10 minutes of stretching and relaxation. A mind and body workout designed to improve strength, energy levels, balance, mobility and flexibility.. . Strength Training - This can be a 30 minute or one hour session using resistance training equipment to build and maintain strength. . . Would like a Personal Trainer but need a more cost effective option, we can get together once every 4 weeks for an hour, you will learn what you need to do until we meet again. Very little equipment needed, it's amazing what you can do with your own body weight and a rubber band !! Have equipment, we can incorporate that into your workout. You will receive weekly encouragements sent via text to keep you on track.. . Police fitness test training - 2 x 1/2 hour sessions per week, focusing on building strengths and cardio fitness.. . Sports specific Packages for runners, cyclists and pistol shooters.. . COSTS. 1 hour one on one session - $60.00. 1/2 hour one on one session - $40.00. . Group sessions, maximum 6 participants. 2 participants $30.00 each. 3 participants $20.00 each. 4-6 participants $15.00 each .
