This wonderful holiday property has large living areas, a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, dining seating for 12,a lovely sunroom to sit back and relax in, established gardens, fully fenced with an outside shower for when you return from the beach. . . The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as two separate living areas. The first living area has a 55 inch TV along with a blu-ray and CD player and a separate sitting area where people can choose to relax. The kitchen/family room is open plan with a spacious kitchen and an 8 seat dining suite that can be expanded to up to 12 people. A second TV viewing area in this room sits beside the kitchen.. The main house has three large bedrooms. The first bedroom is a master suite with a king bed, ensuite, wall mounted TV and adjoining sitting area / nursery. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a wall mounted TV and the third bedroom has two sets of double bunks. A bathroom with separate toilet is located between bedrooms 2 and 3.. The fourth bedroom and third bathroom are located in a separate unit adjacent to the garage. The unit has a separate bedroom with a queen bed as well as a games room (with a sofa bed), bathroom and laundry..
