I 1998 åpnet Rica Park Hotell Stavanger, og fikk raskt et godt renommé, med sine 59 store flotte hotellrom og personlige service.
Hotellet ble totalrenovert høsten 2013, og fikk to helt nye etasjer og en flott takterrasse med anydelig utsikt over byen!
