With the aim of bringing all such programmes under one roof, Sambalpur District Administration has created 'Skill and Placement Link Cell'. This cell will serve as a single point contact to gain information on all kinds of skill development training programmes under the government. . . Another objecive of this cell is to act as facilitator for placement of educated and skill trained youths. The Cell will contact industries and organisations and organize placement sessions for job seekers.
