Detailed description is Smt. Kamlabhai B.Taori Multi-Purpose Educational Society was established in 2013 at Nagpur by the Shri Badridas Ramachandra Taori in memory of his wife. Smt. Kamlabhai B.Taori Multi-Purpose Educational Society was established in 2013 at Ramdaspeth , Nagpur by the Shri Badridas Ramachandra Taori in memory of his wife. The intention of the society is to provide Welfare/ Education/Scholarships to the deprived people in society, especially in rural areas.. . Inception of the Society. . The inception of the Kamlabai B. Taori Multi-Purpose Education Society started with the work of Dr Badridas R.Taori (President) in Ghuikhed (Maharashtra) in 1955. A doctor and a farmer by profession he always wanted to play an active role in giving back to society and such was the lesson taught to his family. He started working in Shri Bendoji Baba Rugnalaya (Hospital) in 1960, and worked there for a total of 40 years. Since its registration in 2011, Dr. Taori has shaped the direction of the society by participation in many activities over the years with the Trustees such as:. . Distributing stationery to needy students on every 15 August (Indian Independence Day) and 26 January (Indian Republic Day).. . Motivating speeches and gifts to students before commencement of the school year and exams.. . Organizing health checkup camps through collaboration with regional doctors.. . Distributing medicines, blankets to the needy.. . Constructing Durga Temple at Chicholi (Maharashtra) village for public use.. . Adopting schools under the ‘Ekal Vidyalaya’ concept from year 2009, to provide K-12 education in tribal areas.. . Creating a scholarship for academically excelling students from low income families.. . Vision. .
