Apaixonada pela culinária e cultura japonesas, Bella aprendeu no final dos anos 80 alguns segredos da cozinha oriental quando era freqüentadora assídua de um dos melhores restaurantes japoneses de São Paulo, o “SEA HOUSE” do amigo HUGO KAWAUCHI, que juntamente com os sushimen: Cláudio e Massao e o finado amigo “BIRA”, sempre incentivaram a amiga a montar seu próprio restaurante por conta do interesse e facilidade que ela já tinha em fazer sushis, sashimis e decorações variadas.. . Mais de 20 anos depois, com dedicação, muita técnica e habilidade, ao lado do sócio e produtor executivo André Bega, Bella realiza o sonho e materializa a antiga idéia aqui na cidade de Extrema, no sul de Minas Gerais.
